Flemington is a borough in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 4,581, reflecting an increase of 813 (+21.4%) from the 3,768 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 774 (+25.8%) from the 2,994 counted in the 1990 Census. Flemington was originally incorporated as a town by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 14, 1845, from portions of Raritan Township. The town was renamed Flemington Borough on April 7, 1894.
