Clementon is a borough in Camden County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 4,144, reflecting an increase of 84 (+2.1%) from the 4,060 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn declined by 41 (-1.0%) from the 4,101 counted in the 1990 Census. Clementon was incorporated as a borough on March 5, 1924, from portions of Clementon Township, based on the results of a referendum held on April 8, 1924. The borough was named for Thomas Clement, an early settler.
